Well I dig the current use way more as it brings me an array of flavour and gives me a chance to sample some beer I would not otherwise order a full pint of.
Also I LOVE this presentation and it is what sets some Breweries apart from others.
From being placed on a paper placemat or wooden paddle to a fancy metal circle thing there is no better or worse as it is all part of the experience.
